When you order directly from Anak Kid, we save on marketplace commissions and other platform-related fees. We share part of these savings with our bulk-order customers.

Schools & Government Organisations

We understand that purchasing for a school or government organisation can be different from making a normal personal purchase.

For eligible government and school orders, Anak Kid can accept payment through Vendors@Gov, subject to the applicable purchasing and payment procedures.

This can make the process much easier for teachers and staff who would otherwise need to pay for a large Shopee order using their personal credit card first and then submit a reimbursement claim.

Contact us with your requirements and we can discuss the appropriate purchasing and payment arrangement for your organisation.

Pre-Orders for Larger Quantities

Need more units than we currently have in stock?

For larger orders, pre-orders can be arranged.

Tell us the product, quantity and required delivery date, and we will check availability and lead time for you.

This is particularly useful for schools and organisations planning ahead for Children's Day, school celebrations, graduation events, year-end gifts or other large events.

2. Tell us what you need
Send us the product, quantity, required delivery date and delivery location.

For schools, government organisations or companies, you can also let us know if you have specific purchasing or payment requirements.

3. Receive your quotation
We'll confirm availability, applicable bulk discount, pre-order lead time where necessary, payment arrangements and delivery.

4. Confirm your order
Once everything is confirmed, we'll prepare your order according to the agreed schedule.

5. Delivery
For qualifying large orders, we can coordinate direct delivery to your school, organisation, office or event location.
